What’s your favourite song to make coffee to? Bat Out Of Hell, Meatloaf (full length version).
If you had to be an animal, what would you be and why? Whale Shark or Manta Ray. Very gracious and fab to be around.

What do you like most about working at the Apiary? The Apiary is a family and everyone who works with me treats the business with almost as much passion as I do.
What’s your favourite Apiary food? I don’t have one favourite but from the sweet side it would have to be the Salted Caramel Shortjack and on the savoury, a good old fashioned Bacon Bap.
What’s your favourite Apiary drink? There is no choice on this one: Flat White – the coffee person’s choice – strong enough to wake you up and short enough not to get cold.
What’s your favourite Apiary cake? Lemon Drizzle, all day long.
What do you love about Harleston? Harleston is full of independent businesses making it a place you can get just about anything without having to leave the town. We have some great characters that make the town special and the free parking is a bonus.
What’s your favourite plant? The traditional Bluebell it is the sign of spring/summer has arrived and we can now get into those shorts and enjoy the longer days.
