Serves 2 people.
1. Roll up into a tube and slice the tortilla into strips and fry in the olive oil gently until golden, Remove from the heat, pat with a paper towel to dry and leave to cool.
2. BBQ the vegetarian burgers until cooked and crispy
3. Grate the Red Devil and sprinkle on top and allow to melt on the burgers
4. Add a generous spoon of Guacamole
5. Serve on a burger bun of your choice with fresh salad
