Locally sourced and delivered to your door these fab salad vegetables make a great Tzatziki. Some pople peel and core then to avoid any slight bitterness you may get from the skin. We love em just as they come. We slice and pickle them and use them in out Apiary Chutneys and piccalilli  which can be purchased in house.
